Thursday, I joined with Principal Jim Scully for a tour of the Consentino School and a visit with the kids.

Two years ago we restored the Middle School Bank Program.  It gave me a great deal of pleasure to sit in on one their rehearsals.

Last year we added 450 new computers to our system.  I was thrilled to visit the new computer lab.

Speaking with teachers like my aunt, Roseanne McKee, and with Paula Joy, it’s easy to see why the kids in Consentino had the biggest increase in MCAS scores in the City last year-- great kids, great teachers and parent involvement.
